About Steve
I came to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2004 with a specific assignment: help launch the first phase of Snowmass Base Village. That project put me at the center of what was then the most significant new development in Snowmass Village's history, and it gave me a foundation in this market that I've built on ever since. Two decades later, Snowmass Village and Aspen are still where I do most of my work, and Base Village remains a core part of what I know.
Before Aspen, I spent over a decade in luxury resort real estate across markets that most agents have never worked -- high-end resort development in Mexico, the Las Vegas luxury market, and Colorado mountain properties at various price points and product types. That range taught me how to read a luxury resort market, how new development sales differ from resale transactions, and what second-home buyers actually need from an agent versus what they say they need in the first conversation.
What I do today is mostly new development and luxury slope-side property in Snowmass Village, with a meaningful portion of resale and second-home work across both Snowmass and Aspen. I'm currently the listing agent for Aura Snowmass -- the final residential offering in Base Village. When I'm not working, I'm fly fishing with my dog Fin, hiking the valley's trails, or finding powder before it tracks out.
