Steve brings over 26 years of luxury resort real estate sales experience spanning diverse markets, including Mexico, Las Vegas, and premier mountain resorts throughout Colorado. Since moving to Aspen in 2004 to launch the first phase of Snowmass Base Village, he has developed a deep connection with the Roaring Fork Valley. With a strong background in new development and luxury property sales, Steve offers unmatched expertise to both sellers and buyers with all of their real estate needs.
He finds true joy in helping clients find their perfect vacation homes to experience unforgettable family memories and live the mountain lifestyle they dream of. Known for his integrity, deep market knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm, Steve has built long lasting relationships with clients and peers alike. When he’s not working, you’ll find him fly fishing with his dog Fin, hiking one of the many incredible trails in valley or seeking fresh stashes of powder.
